Refund & Return Policy
Miss Wild understands that shopping online can be tricky!
Before making/placing any orders, we recommend double-checking our size charts, and reading all product details.
Please choose your order with Miss Wild carefully as we do not cancel any orders once purchased from our store.
No refunds are given for change of heart purchases, however, if your size selection was incorrect we are happy to send out the correct size providing we have it in stock.
In order for your item to be eligible for an exchange, they must be unworn, in original packaging (tags still attached), free of makeup stains, fake tan marks, and scents of perfume and washing powder. If your item is not eligible for an exchange it will returned to you, at your expense. Your item must be returned within 7 business days including a prepaid, return postage envelope.
Masks can not be refunded or exchanged unless deemed faulty due to important health reasons. Photo evidence must be shown if item is faulty to be inspected by Miss Wild. If deemed faulty on our end we will happily refund your item or send out a replacement.
In the rare case that your Miss Wild order is faulty, we will gladly offer you a replacement item, repair, repair credit or refund (at the discretion of Miss Wild). An item will not be deemed faulty until inspected by Miss Wild (in person), images will not suffice. If NOT deemed faulty, the product will be sent back to the buyer, at the buyer's expense.
No returns/ refunds/ exchange on custom orders.
Discount codes do not apply to custom orders.
